What is included
Your Kindly Expert meets you at arrivals or check-in, helps with luggage, lost-baggage desks and paperwork, and takes you to your taxi, train or hotel. We sell time, not transfers: allow for possible delays in the duration.

If your request needs something more (for example a rare language), we send you a new quote to accept first. You are never charged more without your consent.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before the start. After that, 50% of the price is retained. Before we confirm, cancelling is always free.
