What is included
Your personal concierge knows the city and its people. They suggest and book restaurants and experiences, plan your days around your interests and handle the unexpected, so you never have to queue or search.

If your request needs something more (for example a rare language), we send you a new quote to accept first. You are never charged more without your consent.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before the start. After that, 50% of the price is retained. Before we confirm, cancelling is always free.
