What is included
Your Kindly Expert takes care of the practical side of your trip so you can enjoy the city. From sorting out tickets and reservations to running errands, finding a pharmacy or simply showing you how the city works, they adapt to your plans hour by hour.

If your request needs something more (for example a rare language), we send you a new quote to accept first. You are never charged more without your consent.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before the start. After that, 50% of the price is retained. Before we confirm, cancelling is always free.
