What is included
A Kindly Expert accompanies you on walks, visits and appointments, helps with steps, transport and accessible routes, and keeps the pace that suits you. This is companionship and practical help, not medical or nursing care.

If your request needs something more (for example a rare language), we send you a new quote to accept first. You are never charged more without your consent.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before the start. After that, 50% of the price is retained. Before we confirm, cancelling is always free.
